The SHIFT Actualization Process(SHIFT AP)is part of the Barness SHIFT Method,  that you   can  use to make a real difference in the way those you inspire experience themselves and others. It leads to Experiencing the Shift after which they  will have the ability to go through life in an entirely new way.

Connected with their true, authentic self and utilizing powerful transformative life tools , they will have a greater ability to become free of anxiety, depression and addiction and to make powerful changes that can bring true happiness and unleash their incredible potential.  

I am now offering The  SHIFT Actualization Training for coaches, therapists, instructors,  business managers, yoga and meditation instructors, hypnotherapist and healers,  in which I share a step-by-step guide that  leads to Experiencing the Shift ,  Manifesting Your Dreams, Finding the Balance and Freedom from Addictions.  

After completing the initial training,  you will have the ability  to share  your new knowledge, as a SHIFT Facilitator, utilizing the SHIFT Actualization Process in private, individual sessions with  clients of  all ages. After the completion of the Advanced Training, you will become one of the  select Certified  SHIFT Facilitators chosen to provide SHIFT Workshops, Trainings and  Retreats.  It can also be an integral part of any in-patient, rehab, educational, out-patient, and holistic healing program.
